1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on this Site, or you must have the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. Products & Pricing
All products listed on the Site β including cotton dohars, bedsheets, diwan sets, and bathrobes β are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the quantity of any product without prior notice. Prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. While we make every effort to ensure accurate pricing and product descriptions, errors may occasionally occur; in such cases, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
3. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that all details provided (name, address, contact number) are accurate and complete. We accept prepaid payments and Cash on Delivery (COD). For COD orders, a partial advance payment of INR 499 is required at the time of order placement, with the remaining amount payable upon delivery. This advance payment is refundable if the order is cancelled before it has shipped, and non-refundable once the order has shipped. Full cancellation terms are detailed in our Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or errors in pricing/stock.
4. Shipping
All orders are shipped as per our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
5. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Order cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by our Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site β including product designs, photographs, text, and logos β is the property of House of Handwork and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without our prior written consent.
7. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, to interfere with the Site's normal operation, or to use any automated tool to extract data from the Site without our permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" basis. While we take care to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, House of Handwork shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it, beyond the value of the order in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
