Return Policy
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange under the following conditions:
Eligibility
- Our return window is 10 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after 10 days cannot be accepted.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging. Exchanges will be rejected if the original packaging is missing.
- All products are quality-checked before dispatch. If an item arrives damaged in transit, contact us and we will arrange a replacement.
Exchanges are not applicable if:
- The item shows clear signs of use
- The item is damaged or has missing parts due to reasons not caused by us
- The request is made more than 10 days after delivery
- The item is returned without its original packaging
How to request an exchange
Email us or reach out through our Contact Us page with your order number and reason for exchange. We currently offer product exchange only — not a cash refund — for eligible returns. Delivery time for the replacement item may vary depending on your location.
Cancellations
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase — contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. For COD orders, the ₹499 advance payment is non-refundable if the order is cancelled after it has shipped.
Return Shipping
We do not currently offer reverse pickup. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us. Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable, and will be deducted from any applicable exchange value. For items valued above ₹599, we recommend using a trackable courier service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items sent without tracking.
Reporting Damage or Issues
To help us process damage or quality complaints quickly and fairly, we require a complete, unedited video of the parcel being opened (showing the sealed package before opening, through to the product inside). Complaints submitted without this unboxing video cannot be processed.
